Job description
We currently have an opening for a Human Resources Manager in Orange County, CA and are looking for a dedicated and hardworking individual to join our Team.
Position Duties for Human Resources Manager:
•Provide current Employees with information about Company Policies, benefits, and training.
•Administer Employee benefit plans and compensation
•Handle Employee Relations concerns including conducting investigations and ensuring compliance with State/Federal Regulations and Company Policies.
•Handle Workers Compensation Claims
•Be aware of State and Federal guidelines and have a thorough understanding of Company policies and procedures and be able to provide guidance to Supervisors and Employees on HR related issues
•Perform disciplinary actions and terminations
•Address Safety and Health and Wellness issues
•Ensure record keeping is in compliance with State/Federal regulations
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree. HR Certification is ideal.
Experience: 5+ years HR Manager experience. Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred. Experience working in the Aerospace industry is a plus.
Computer Skills: MS Windows, HR database systems
Other Skills: Bilingual (Spanish or Vietnamese), ability to successfully communicate verbally and in writing with multiple audiences, excellent interpersonal skills and professional demeanor.
